In 1997, under the new direction of President/ CEO Richard Young, Cedarlake Company redefined the basis of its client services. Together with a new management team, the company has placed its focus on building strategic partnerships with its clients in order to truly serve the full range of design/ construction needs of all its customers.

We have completed hundreds of Tenant Improvement projects and New Construction on time and in budget.
