This is a renovation project which converts an old movie theater at the east end of the mall into a 34,000 square feet office building. It boasts a tuscany design utilizing a mixture of stone, stucco, and heavy timber materials.

University Plaza is a three-story Class A office building located in the Salmon Creek area in Vancouver Washington. This 21,000 square feet office building is currently being occupied by various medical, dental, and office tenants.
