Featured New Building Construction Projects


The Timbers at Westfield ShoppingTown

This is a renovation project which converts an old movie theater at the east end of the mall into a 34,000 square feet office building. It boasts a tuscany design utilizing a mixture of stone, stucco, and heavy timber materials.

The Timbers will feature executive suites, as well as medical, retail, and restaurant space. This project is scheduled to be complete in September 2005, at which point tenant improvement projects may commence.    Leasing Information.


Padden Parkway Business Park Condominiums

This new construction project is set to commence in late 2005, and will feature 400,000 square feet of owner-occupied offices with storage and retail space along 78th Street in Vancouver, WA. Construction will be phased over the next five years.    Leasing Information.


University Plaza

University Plaza is a three-story Class A office building located in the Salmon Creek area in Vancouver Washington. This 21,000 square feet office building is currently being occupied by various medical, dental, and office tenants. Leasing Information.

The building features Carea Paneling on its exterior finish, and is the first building to do so in the Western United States. Carea paneling are highly popular in Canada, and is beginning to be recognized as an excellent alternative exterior finish here in the U.S.

America's Best partnered with Cedarlake on this exciting improvement to The Loyalty Building, a historical registrar building, located in the heart of downtown Portland, Oregon. America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses moved in August 2009.

217 Distribution Center 217 Distribution Center, Beaverton, Oregon

CedarLake has participated in numerous tenant improvements at the 217 Distribution Center to include a recent 10,000 square foot office remodel of Fulfillment Corporation.

Tigard Central Industrial Park APEX, Tigard Central Industrial Park, Tigard, Oregon

APEX's new location was completed in May 2009, with 8,400 square feet of office and high-tech production space.






Westfield Shopping Center Westfield Shopping Mall - Vancouver, Washington

Various retail improvements to Westfield Mall located in Vancouver, Washington.

Columbia Business Center, Vancouver, Washington

Completion of tenant improvements within this large mixed-use business park located on the banks of the Columbia River in Vancouver, Washington.






Bishop House Bishop House, Portland, Oregon

Completed in June 2009, this National Register of Historic Places project included painting restoration work on the exterior and interior. The Bishop House is located in downtown Portland, Oregon.
